How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from Japan. Depending on the country you live in, your order could arrive in one to three weeks. Please allow for a four week grace period before contacting about a potential missing order.

My order has yet to be shipped! 

Meltyshop is based in Japan. If your order is made past (or close to) 4:00 PM (JST), your order will be shipped earliest the following weekday. Orders will not be posted on weekends. Please keep in mind that external circumstances could affect the posting date.

I would like to cancel/return my order.

Orders can be cancelled before they are posted. Once posted, I cannot cancel your order. Returns are not accepted. If your order is defective/damaged, please contact me to arrange a replacement.
